American Property Guard’s (APG) proprietary system identifies taxing entity records allowing APG to retrieve real-time data to generate Property Tax Certificates and Plat documents. This provides a huge time and accuracy advantage over traditional Property Tax Certificate generation that often relies on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly bulk tax role purchases from counties. Some certificate providers require sending an email or calling in the request, which slows the process and potentially puts the closing date at risk. APG uniquely provides real-time accuracy and quickly delivers it directly back to order through Closing Market.

APG Guarantees the accuracy of certificates, includes CAD records, allows multiple orders per closing and provides pay only on close billing models. The majority of orders are returned in minutes. Any issues at the county level are verified by quality assurance specialists and the certificate is normally returned the same day. APG’s depth of experience comes from automating millions of bank orders during the housing crisis. APG has been providing Tax Certificate Automation in DFW Counties, and will soon be available throughout most Texas MSA’s.
